   When the battery is delivered, the open-circuit voltage should reach the following value, and the test temperature is 25-c-10-c, but must be tested within 1 week of delivery.
   2v factory open circuit voltage: more than 2.10v.
   6v factory open circuit voltage: more than 6.50v.
   12v factory open circuit voltage: above 12.95v.
